![]() Assist Christian Life Program with administrative duties such as filing, word processing, data entry, and general office duties, a minimum of 5 hours a week for one year. Must have organizational skills, be detailed oriented, capable of working independently, have experience with electronic communications and other computer programs (Excel, Access, etc), be flexible and able to multi-task, have good record keeping and basic clerical knowledge, and other duties as needed.

![]() Driver- We are looking for male volunteer drivers to transport anywhere from 2-8 men at a time to local KC entities for them to obtain their IDs, Truman Discount Cards, dental appointments, and places where the Mission's case managers may need them to go. These drivers will be using the Mission's vehicles to transport these individuals that are in need of services.
There are programs these men have opportunity for with their medical care that are being held up because of the lack of enough drivers for transportation. If we had drivers available for certain days, the men could utilize more services and this would be of great assistance for our staff and those we care for here at the Mission. |

![]() The doctor team is responsible for assessing the overall health of campers and identifying possible complications with participating in a session of camp.
Our health screening accounts for: Each member of the medical team contributes to the confidence parents place in our camp and the safety of those who attend camp sessions. Your professionalism and expertise ensure that campers are prepared for camp and that our on-site camp nurse has the information necessary to provide proper care. Doctor assessment can be staffed by a Medical Director and 5 Medical Students or by 4 Medical Doctors. (MD/DO) Questions about certification should be directed to City Union Mission's Medical Services Administrator. |

Duties are predominantly in food service and housekeeping, but also include some recreation and usually a facilities project. Time will also be devoted to brief 'studies' of the traits that are necessary when serving as staff and the adjustment that is sometimes a shock for those who come from the camper experience.
